石××女 35岁本院药师因左眼角膜异物3小时于83年6月5日下午来诊。给予1％地卡因点左眼2次,将左眼角膜异物顺利取出。2分钟后病人面色苍白,心慌、气短、恶心、出汗、继之晕倒、查心率90次/分,血压140/90mmHg,当即让病人平卧,未给特殊处理、症状逐渐好转,2小时后病人恢复正常。病人平素健康,有青霉素、链霉素、奴夫卡因过敏史。我们认为此患者为地卡因过敏。少量地卡因眼科表面麻醉引起过敏较为少见。特报告之,以供参考。
