在县级领导班子和领导干部成功进行了“三讲”集中教育的基础上,中央又决定在全国农村开展“三个代表”重要思想学习教育活动,这是党中央为贯彻落实党的十五大精神,全面加强党的建设,推进农村经济发展和社会进步的重大战略部署。通过“三讲”教育和对“三个代表”重要思想的学习,我认为,“三讲”和“三个代表”教育是相互联系、相互促进的。“三个代表”教育,是“三讲”教育的延伸,是“三讲”
On the basis of the successful leadership of the county-level leadership and leading cadres in the “three stresses” centralized education, the Central Committee decided to launch the study and education activities in the rural areas of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ This is the first time that the Central Party Committee has implemented the party’s fifteen Great spirit, comprehensively strengthen party building, and promote the strategic development of rural economic development and social progress.
