“稳油控水”是高含水后期控制油气生产成本、提高油田开发效益的必由之路。油井产水可能引起磁化井出现结垢问题,易导致细颗粒运移或砂层表面被破坏,增加对管壁的侵蚀,连同其他问题一起,静液压负载可能损坏油井。尽管出水问题是石油生产中不可避免的问题,但是应当尽可能延缓其开始产水的时间,或延缓产水量的上升。为此,我们研究了包括机械和化学方面的许多控水措施。已被广泛使用的简单封堵技术有:使用水泥,机械堵塞,交联凝胶。很多新颖的概念,如相对渗透率调整(RPM)的应用也已取得不同程度的效果。这里主要对化学控水技术进行了研究。
“Steady oil control water” is the only way to control oil and gas production costs and improve oilfield development benefits in the later period of high water cut. Producing oil in the well may cause fouling problems in the magnetized well, easily leading to fine grain migration or sand surface damage, increasing erosion of the pipe wall, along with other problems, hydrostatic loads may damage the well. Although the water problem is an unavoidable problem in oil production, it should delay its initial production of water as much as possible or delay the increase of water production. To this end, we have studied many water control measures, including mechanical and chemical. Simple plugging techniques that have been widely used include: cement, mechanical plugging, cross-linking gels. Many novel concepts, such as relative permeability adjustment (RPM) applications have also achieved varying degrees of effectiveness. Here mainly the chemical water control technology has been studied.
