工程机械大都在泥沙、砾石,雨水和风雪等恶劣环境中作业,其技术状况必然较其他机械下降得快,零件间的配合将出现不同程度的松动、磨损、锈蚀及结垢等现象,各连接件配合性质、零件间相互位置关系和机构工作协调性等都将受到不同程度的影响,致使其动力性、经济性、可靠性等性能指标下降,甚至引起机器事故.因而,必须重视工程机械的技术保养.
