当前我省非公有制经济的可持续发展面临着一系列问题。如：思想认识问题、法制 不健全、竞争条件不平等、“三乱”屡禁不止及个体私营企业本身存在的问题等等。针对以 上情况，必须及时提出对策和建议，采取一系列综合性措施。如：进一步深入贯彻党的十五 大精神，充分认识非公有制经济的地位和作用，改善软、硬环境，规范外部管理，完善内部 管理，不断提高个体私营企业主素质，积极拓宽融资渠道，解决资金困难等，才能真正保证 我省非公有制经济的可持续发展。
At present, the sustainable development of non-public ownership economy in our province is facing a series of problems. Such as: ideological understanding, the legal system is not perfect, the competitive conditions of the unequal, “three chaos” repeated prohibitions and individual and private enterprises own problems and so on. In view of the above, we must promptly put forward countermeasures and suggestions and adopt a series of comprehensive measures. Such as further implementing the spirit of the 15th Party Congress, fully understanding the status and role of the non-public ownership economy, improving the soft and hard environment, standardizing external management, improving internal management, continuously improving the quality of individual and private entrepreneurs, and actively broadening the financing channels to solve Financial difficulties, etc., can we truly guarantee the sustainable development of non-public economy in our province.
