随着出国旅游的人越来越多,人们发现我们与西方国家存在极大的社会文明差异,国人在国外不文明的举止令人不耻,几,乎成为了国际笑柄。在出国自驾游者因不遵守当地交通规则而导致车祸的事也时有发生。这并不是因为咱们一出国就变得不文明或不遵守社会规则了,而是咱们在国内所依据的文明规范及社会规则,与国外尤其是西方国家存在极大差异。笼统来讲,在国人的文明概念中,个人利益高于一切,对于是否影响或侵害他人的利益则并不是很关心。能赚钱会发财、时时维护自己权益、懂得争权夺利、善于投机钻营的人,才是社会精英,才是社会楷模。从上面抓GDP,到地方招商引资,再到路边摆
