Objective: To investigate the relationship between T cell subsets and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the relationship between the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis and cellular immune function. Methods: The numbers of CD4 + and CD8 + cells in 56 RA patients and 45 normal persons were detected by immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry. Results: The percentage of CD4 + cells (43.52 ± 2.16)%, CD8 + cells (22.38 ± 1.98)%, CD4 + (45.18 ± 3.27)%, CD8 + .05 ± 3.15)%. The ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + was higher than that of normal people (P <0.05). There was also a significant difference between active and inactive patients in RA patients (P <0.05). Conclusion: This study suggests that cellular immune status is involved in the pathogenesis of RA. To further understand its mechanism of action is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of RA.
