对腹膜假黏液瘤1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,53岁。2006-07曾因腹胀伴纳差2个月,加重10 d在我院诊治。B超示下腹部大片网絮状肿物样回声,腹腔内液性暗区,透声差。
A case of peritoneal pseudomyxoma is analyzed as follows. 1 medical record summary male, 53 years old. 2006-07 had abdominal distention with anorexia for 2 months, increased 10 d in our hospital. B ultrasound showed large abdominal web of abdominal mass like echo, intraperitoneal fluid dark area, poor sound transmission.
