鉴于激光跟踪仪在动态测量方面的优良特性,本文提出了利用激光跟踪仪动态测量模式对近30m导轨进行直线度检测的方法。对该方法的原理、实验步骤、精度保证等方面进行了详细的分析。结合特殊的实验背景及特定的实验环境,提出了“提取导轨最高点作为拟合直线的测量点”的实验方法,同时对如何利用激光跟踪仪动态测量来提取导轨断面最高点及注意事项进行了详尽说明。此外利用了空间点投影的方式分别求出了导轨在水平面内的直线度误差和竖直平面内的直线度误差,以便于对导轨的直线度做更加细致的分析。
In view of the excellent characteristics of the laser tracker in the dynamic measurement, this paper presents a method of using the laser tracker dynamic measurement mode to detect the straightness of the track near 30m. The principle of the method, experimental procedures, accuracy assurance and other aspects were analyzed in detail.
