4Cr9Si2钢是马氏体耐热钢,供制造工作温度低于700℃的柴油机进排气阀。根据不同产品的技术要求,应采用不同的热处理工艺。我们对4Cr9Si2钢的热处理规范进行了试验,改革了工艺,曾采用过常规淬火、亚温淬火和临界点淬火,现将这些工艺及其对机械性能,特别是对冲击韧性的影响介绍如下。 1.钢的技术资料 4Cr9Si2钢的化学成分、热处理工艺和机械性能列于表1和表2,钢的临界点列于表3。
4Cr9Si2 steel is martensitic heat-resistant steel for the manufacture of operating temperature below 700 ℃ into the exhaust valve. According to the technical requirements of different products, should be used in different heat treatment process. We conducted a test on the heat treatment specifications of 4Cr9Si2 steel, reforming the process, and have used conventional quenching, sub-temperature quenching and critical point quenching, now these processes and their impact on mechanical properties, especially impact toughness are described below. 1. Steel Technical Information 4Cr9Si2 steel chemical composition, heat treatment process and mechanical properties are shown in Table 1 and Table 2, the critical point of steel are shown in Table 3.
