随着我国国民经济建设的高速发展,高速公路建设也以日新月异的速度飞速地发展着,国干和省干公路网络化改造也正在加紧实施着。西安咸阳国际机场专用高速公路工程的建设区域,在咸阳市和西安市,地处关中平原微度及轻度水力侵蚀区,水力侵蚀及重力侵蚀活跃。公路建设过程中会不同程度地扰动原地貌,使其原有的水土保持设施功能降低或丧失,若不及时采取有效的水土保持防治措施,就会造成人为水土流失的加剧,增加水土流失面积和流域输沙量,对周边区域的生态环境及水土资源的可持续利用造成不良影响。在上述背景下,分析了西安咸阳国际机场专用高速公路工程沿线自然概况,探讨了单项防治措施设计,可供参考。
With the rapid development of our country’s national economy, the construction of expressways is also developing rapidly with the speed of ever-changing development. The network-based reconstruction of the national and provincial highways is also being stepped up. The construction area of Xi’an-Xianyang International Airport special expressway project is located in the slight and mild hydraulic erosion area of Guanzhong Plain in Xianyang City and Xi’an City, where hydraulic and gravity erosion are active. In the course of highway construction, the original landform will be disturbed to varying degrees, which will reduce or lose its original functions of soil and water conservation facilities. If effective measures for soil and water conservation are not taken promptly, it will cause aggravated soil and water loss and increase the area of soil and water loss Sediment discharge in the basin adversely affects the ecological environment in the surrounding area and the sustainable utilization of water and soil resources. Under the above background, this paper analyzes the natural situation along the expressway project of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport and discusses the design of individual control measures for reference.
