以西南桦优良无性系组培苗作为采穗母树,对嫩枝扦插育苗技术作了系统总结。试验表明:截干高度与穗条总产量呈现正相关关系,从母树生长状况与产穗量方面考虑,母树截干高度20~30cm为宜;采穗母树应筛选萌芽力强、侧枝粗壮发达的无性系培育;西南桦扦插生根制剂吲哚丁酸(IBA)的合理使用浓度为0.08%;不同无性系插穗生根数量差异较大;截干高度越低,萌芽条的生根成活率越高。综合分析可知,西南桦嫩枝扦插育苗对于快速繁殖优良无性系苗木是一个有效的途径。
Using the tissue culture seedlings of the fine clones of Betula alnoides as the ear-picking mother tree, the technology of cutting propagation of young shoots was systematically summarized. The results showed that the height of cuttings was positively correlated with the total yield of spikes. From the aspect of growth status and yield of spikes, the height of cuttings of cuttings was 20 ~ 30cm. The scion of scion should be screened for its strong sprouting and thick collaterals Clonal cultivation; Birch cuttings rooting agent indole butyric acid (IBA) of the rational use of concentration of 0.08%; different clonal cuttings rooting large differences in number; truncated height is lower, the germination of the rooting survival rate is higher. Comprehensive analysis shows that the softwood cutting propagation of Betula alnoides is an effective way for rapid propagation of elite clones.
