享有基本公共服务属于公民的权利,提供基本公共服务是政府的职责,广播电视公共文化服务是基本公共服务的重要内容。本文从当前我国广播影视在公共文化服务中逐步增强的地位和作用入手,客观评价广播电视在公共文化服务中的优势和不足,从政府职能改革,广播电视体制改革,科学技术手段及服务理念方面对深化广播电视公共文化服务提出意见和建议。
