当前,卫生资源能否合理配置,尤其是对卫生站医疗设备的配置失衡成为制约社区卫生服务优化发展的突出问题。本文将状态转移方程方法应用于此问题中,采用模拟的效用指数对既定数量的医疗资源进行某区多个卫生站的动态规划和配置,旨在实现整体效用的最优化,为相关部门制定资源配置决策提供依据,具较好的实际参考价值。
At present, whether the allocation of health resources is reasonable or not, especially the imbalanced configuration of medical equipment at the health stations, has become a prominent issue that restricts the optimization and development of community health services. In this paper, the state transition equation method is applied to this problem.
