凤尾菇母种转管培养时,接种块上常形成子实体。甘肃省科学院微生物所刘祖贵曾报道这一现象:主要与储藏期散射光和低温能抑制光刺激有关(见《食用菌》1984.1)。本试验用不同的培养基和正、反接种方式,研究了凤尾菇试管内子实体的成因,结果如下。 (一) 培养基:试验用的1号培养基配方为土豆200g,蔗糖15g、琼脂25g,水1000ml,灭菌前pH值为7;2号培养基是在1号培养基里添加KH_2PO_42g、MgSO_4lg;3号培养基则在2号培养基里再添加可溶性淀粉5g、酵母浸膏2g、维生素B_10.5g。3月31日用2号和3号培养基各接62支
When mushrooms are transplanted, the fruiting body often forms on the inoculation block. This phenomenon has been reported by Liu Zugui of the Institute of Microbiology, Academy of Sciences of Gansu Province: it is mainly related to the fact that light scattering and low temperature during storage can inhibit light stimulation (see Edible Fungus, 1984.1). In this experiment, different media and the positive and negative methods of inoculation were used to study the genesis of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus ostreatus in vitro. The results are as follows. (1) Medium: The No. 1 medium used in the experiment was formulated with 200 g of potato, 15 g of sucrose, 25 g of agar and 1000 ml of water, and the pH before sterilization was 7. The medium No. 2 was prepared by adding KH 2 PO_42 g, MgSO_4lg ; No. 3 medium in the No. 2 medium and then add soluble starch 5g, yeast extract 2g, vitamin B_10.5g. On March 31, No. 2 and No. 3 culture mediums are connected to 62 branches each
