从7月1日起,房地产抵押评估报告示范文本正式推行使用。为了充分发挥房地产评估在防范金融风险中的作用,规范房地产评估机构的房地产评估行为,提高商业银行使用房地产评估报告的效率,北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、中国人民银行营业管理部、北京银监局共同制定了房地产抵押评估报告示范文本和房屋抵押(最高额抵押)贷款合同示范文本。据悉,房地产抵押评估报告示范文本包括报告格式、参数指标两个部分,北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、中国人民银行营业管理部、北京银监局委托北京房地产估价师和土地估价师协会成立房地产抵押评估专家委员会并负责有关日常工作。
