国民经济的发展有赖于科学技术的进步,而信息工作是科学技术进步的先导。正如钱三强所说:“文献情报工作必须走在科学技术的前面”。侧重传递科技信息,不断提高信息效益,才能适应社会主义经济改革潮流。我馆在信息工作改革中进行了初步探索。 一、更新观念,增强信息意识 信息产品不但有明显的社会效益,还蕴藏着潜在的经济效益。信息质量直接影响效益。要改革求发展,就需进一步强化图书馆的教育职能和信息职能,逐步实现由传统型向现代型,由单功能型向多功能
