本工作的目的是研究漆树胶的物理化学性质,以及它在磷酸盐矿石浮选中作为石灰石抑制剂的效果。用红外光谱研究了漆树胶和淀粉起作用的基团。用单矿物微浮选试验和矿石浮选试验研究了漆树胶对方解石的抑制作用。红外光谱研究结果表明,漆树胶的结构与淀粉结构类似。微浮选试验结果表明,随漆树胶和淀粉浓度增大,方解石的可浮性降低。石灰石浮选试验结果表明,漆树胶具有抑制作用能力,浮选产品不溶物含量从原矿的10.5%降至0.6%,碳酸盐回收率为70%~80%。
The purpose of this work is to study the physicochemical properties of gum rosin and its effectiveness as a limestone inhibitor in phosphate ore flotation. The functional groups of gum and starch were investigated by infrared spectroscopy. The single-mineral micro-flotation test and ore flotation test of the gum acacia inhibition of calcite. Infrared spectroscopy results show that the structure of the gum gum and starch structure similar. Micro-flotation test results show that, with the gum and starch concentration increases, calcite flotability decreases. Limestone flotation test results show that the gum gum has the ability to inhibit the flotation product insoluble matter content from 10.5% to 0.6% ore, carbonate recovery rate of 70% to 80%.
