七缸单作用柱塞式钻井泵的结构设计思路来源于液压传动系统中的斜盘型轴向柱塞泵和空调机中的斜盘式气体压缩机。对这种泵的运动、流量等进行分析研究的结果表明 ,其柱塞的运动速度和加速度分别按正弦和余弦规律变化 ,泵的流量较均匀 ,流量不均度仅 2 5 % ,压力波动小 ,泵工作较稳定。针对现场试验中暴露出的薄弱环节 ,采用摩擦学系统分析的方法 ,从泵的润滑方式、结构轮廓设计和摩擦副选材等方面做了初步分析 ,并提出了若干改进措施
