大力发展职业教育需要建设一支优秀的高素质教师队伍。这支队伍能否有效发挥作用,依赖于有效的教师绩效考核制度的建立。本文综合分析了职业学校教师绩效考核的现状,揭示存在的问题。借鉴绩效考核的先进理念,结合职业教育的特点,对考核工作中实际存在的一些传统滞后的观念、简单而低效的工作举措等,有针对性地提出了改进建议与对策。
Vigorously develop vocational education needs to build an excellent team of high quality teachers. The effective functioning of this team depends on the establishment of an effective teacher performance appraisal system. This article synthetically analyzes the present situation of vocational school teachers’ performance appraisal and reveals the existing problems. By referring to the advanced concept of performance appraisal and combining with the characteristics of vocational education, some traditional lagging concepts, simple and inefficient work measures that actually exist in assessment work are put forward suggestions and countermeasures for improvement.
