倒楔锚杆锚固力大,并且具有初锚力。因此,在岩石较差的锚喷巷道中,为了及时控制围岩,确保施工安全,常常采用倒楔锚杆。过去,我矿一直使用斜面型的倒楔锚杆。锚头、楔子见图1、图2。这种倒楔锚杆主要靠斜面的配合位置与锚眼孔楔紧。安装方法一般为:(1)倒楔与锚杆一道捆好,推入眼中,锤紧楔子。(2)先认准锚头平面,将锚杆先塞入眼中。然后将楔子顺锚头平面方向塞入,锤紧楔子。
The inverted wedge anchor has strong anchoring force and initial anchoring force. Therefore, in the rock bolting with poor roadway, in order to control the surrounding rock in time and ensure the construction safety, inverted wedge anchor is often used.
