2013年,由中国房地产TOP10研究组、国务院发展研究中心企业研究所、清华大学房地产研究所、中国指数研究院等多家地产业界权威机构对全国数百家地产开发公司以及百余家商业地产开发公司进行了综合评估,红星地产荣获中国房地产百强排名第45名,红星商业地产荣登商业地产第2名。
In 2013, hundreds of real estate development companies and hundreds of commercial real estate development companies in China were selected by real estate authorities such as Top10 Real Estate Research Group of China, Enterprise Institute of Development Research Center of the State Council, Real Estate Institute of Tsinghua University, China Index Research Institute, etc. The company conducted a comprehensive assessment. Hongxing Real Estate won the 45th ranking of the top 100 Chinese real estate companies and the Hongxing Commercial Real Estate ranked 2nd in the commercial real estate market.
