本文测定了三烷基氧膦(TRPO)萃取镅和镧系元素(Ce、Eu、Nd)的分配比,在实验的基础上建立了计算分配比的半经验数学模型,并利用这一模型对用30%TRPO-煤油溶液从强放废液中去除镅的多级逆流萃取中各级浓度的变化进行了计算。用模拟料液在微型环隙式离心萃取器逆流萃取实验中对计算结果进行了验证。结果表明,30%TRPO可以有效地从中等浓度硝酸介质中去除镅。据此提出了用TRPO萃取从强放废液中去除99.9‰镅的流程推荐数据。
In this paper, the distribution ratio of trialkylphosphine oxide (TRPO) extractant and lanthanides (Ce, Eu, Nd) was determined. Based on the experimental results, a semi-empirical mathematical model for calculating the distribution ratio was established. By using this model, The concentration changes at various levels in the multi-stage countercurrent extraction using the 30% TRPO-kerosene solution from the strong liquid waste were calculated. The results of the calculation were verified by using simulated feed liquid in the countercurrent extraction of mini-annular centrifugal extractor. The results show that 30% TRPO can effectively remove 镅 from medium concentration nitric acid medium. Based on this, we proposed a procedure for extracting 99.9 ‰ 强 from the strong liquid waste by TRPO extraction.
