患者男性,32岁。因阴茎部硬块四年余,近廾余天阴茎肿胀、疼痛、排尿困难而于1964年3月12日急诊入院。患者自1959年冬季发现阴茎体部有一黄豆大小的肿块,质硬、排尿正常,无不适感。后肿块渐增至鸭蛋大小。因无痛苦故未治疗。于今年2月18日发觉肿块肿胀明显,疼痛、畏寒、全身无力。无发烧,但小便排出不畅。经中药外敷无效。局部肿胀加重,剧痛,发经,排尿呈点滴状,并有带臭味之乳白色及血性混浊分秘物溢出。排尿时,常有龟头及两侧腹股沟部放射痛。因痛苦难忍而来就诊。
Male patient, 32 years old. For more than four years due to penis lumps, penis swelling near the penis, pain, difficulty urinating in March 12, 1964 emergency admission. Patients from the 1959 winter found that the penis body has a soy-size mass, hard, normal urination, no discomfort. After the mass gradually increased to duck size. Because no pain, no treatment. On February 18 this year, the mass swelling was obvious, pain, chills, and general weakness. No fever, but poor urine discharge. External application of traditional Chinese medicine invalid. Local swelling increased, severe pain, hair style, urination was bit trickle-shaped, and with the smell of milk white and bloody turbid secretions overflow. Urination, the glans and both sides of the groin often radiating pain. Because of pain unbearable treatment.
