目的:分析药学工作中药学服务模式的作用。方法:通过对医院的药学工作中的药学服务模式的综合分析,比较采取药学服务模式前后的患者以及药师的配合及纠纷的发生状况。进而总结得出药学服务模式的作用。结果:通过对于医院的药学工作中的药学服务模式进行分析,对于其在药学工作中发挥的作用进行总结,在药学工作中,药学服务模式的作用主要体现在促进合理用药、预防医疗纠纷、提高药师的业务水平等方面。结论:在医院的药学工作中,药学服务作为其中的重要环节,发挥着至关重要的作用。在药学工作中,只有真正掌握药学服务的模式,不断提高药学服务的水平和质量,才能将药学服务模式的作用发挥到极致,避免在工作中的不必要的纠纷。
Objective: To analyze the role of pharmacy service model in pharmacy. Methods: Through the comprehensive analysis of the pharmacy service mode in the hospital pharmacy, the situation of the cooperation and dispute between patients and pharmacists before and after taking the pharmacy service mode was compared. Then concluded the role of pharmacy service model. Results: Through the analysis of the pharmacy service mode in the hospital pharmacy, the role of the pharmacy service model in pharmacy was summarized. In pharmacy, the role of the pharmacy service model was mainly to promote rational drug use, prevent medical disputes and improve Pharmacist’s business level and so on. Conclusion: Pharmacy services play an important role in the pharmacy work in hospitals. In pharmacy, only by really mastering the pharmacy service model and continuously improving the quality and level of pharmacy service can the role of the pharmacy service model be maximized, and unnecessary disputes at work can be avoided.
