为有效预防和妥善处理劳动争议,把劳动争议纠纷解决在基层,维护劳动争议双方当事人的合法权益,促进劳动关系和谐和社会稳定,潍坊市从健全网络体系,完善保障措施入手,大力构建多元化、广覆盖的劳动争议调解新机制,在全市初步形成了企业调解、区域性(行业性)调解、人民调解、行政调解和仲裁调解相结合的劳动争议调解体系,劳动争议调解率达到60%以上。
