水分胁迫条件下,水稻叶片光合速率的下降是由于气孔效应和非气孔效应共同作用的结果。非气孔效应则是RuBisco活性及RuBP再生速率下降所致,同时由于光合电子传递受抑而影响了光合磷酸化的正常运转。
Under water stress conditions, the decrease of photosynthetic rate in rice leaves is the result of the synergistic effect of stomatal and non-stomatal effects. The non-stomatal effect is due to the decrease of RuBisco activity and RuBP regeneration rate, and the normal operation of photosynthetic phosphorylation is affected by inhibition of photosynthetic electron transport.
