目的建立供体小剂量骨髓细胞输注同时联合脾细胞输注对受体特异性免疫状态的调节方法,建立相应的评估体系,探索其调节效应。方法C57BL/6小鼠输注小剂量BALB/C小鼠骨髓细胞或骨髓细胞脾细胞联合输注,观察受体存活状况,3个月后建立混合淋巴细胞培养体系,评估受体特异性免疫状态。结果受体存活好,移植物抗宿主反应强度较低,混合淋巴细胞反应联合输注较骨髓细胞输注稍低但差异无显著性。结论供体骨髓细胞联合脾细胞输注可以在减少骨髓细胞输注量时仍有效调节受体特异性免疫状态,混合淋巴细胞培养体系是一种有价值的评估方法。关键词:骨髓细胞输注;脾细胞;混合淋巴细胞培养
Objective To establish a method for the regulation of receptor-specific immune status by infusion of low-dose donor bone marrow cells combined with splenocyte infusion, and to establish a corresponding evaluation system to explore its regulatory effect. Methods C57BL / 6 mice were infused with low-dose BALB / c mouse bone marrow cells or spleen cells of bone marrow cells for infusion. The survival of recipients was observed. After 3 months, a mixed lymphocyte culture system was established to evaluate the receptor-specific immune status . Results The recipients survived well, and the graft-versus-host response was lower. The mixed lymphocyte reaction combined with infusion of bone marrow cells was slightly lower but the difference was not significant. Conclusion The combination of donor bone marrow cells and splenocytes infusion can effectively regulate the receptor-specific immune status while reducing the infusion of bone marrow cells. The mixed lymphocyte culture system is a valuable evaluation method. Keywords: Bone marrow cell infusion; Spleen cells; Mixed lymphocyte culture
