本文对背靠背试验技术,液压加载器的结构、性能和负荷稳定,试验的自动控制、监测、数据采集和处理等进行系统研究,并对加载转速、转矩、油温、油压等特性进行试验研究。研究证明,对于液压加载技术研究是成功的,微机控制测试正确、可靠、精度高。原动机功率只需封闭功率的5%左右。本试验研究技术成果可用于大功率传动设备背靠背试验台。
In this paper, the back-to-back test technology, the structure, performance and load stability of hydraulic loader, the automatic control, monitoring, data acquisition and processing of the hydraulic loader are systematically studied, and the characteristics of loading speed, torque, oil temperature and oil pressure are tested the study. The research proves that the research on hydraulic loading technology is successful, the microcomputer control test is correct, reliable and high precision. The prime mover power is only about 5% of the enclosed power. The experimental results of this study can be used for high-power transmission equipment back-to-back test bed.
