WTO的主要内容 学习WTO知识,向WTO规则靠拢,这就要对WTO和WTO规则有个全貌的认识。WTO规则就是《乌拉圭回合》最后文件,内容丰富,范围广泛。WTO规范科学,是当代国际贸易大典,这里仅就其主要内容作扼要的阐述。 (一)WTO的条款和宗旨 《WTO协定》是由16条案文和4个附件组成的。案文只是就其组织结构、决策过程、成员资格、接受、加入和生效等等程序作了原则性规定,其中涉及规范的管理多边贸易关系的实质性规定,一些实质规定都体现在4个附件中。WTO有3个新协议是过去GATT所未涉及的,即《服务贸易总协议》、《知识产权协议》和《与贸易有关的投资协议》。
The main contents of WTO Studying WTO knowledge and moving closer to the WTO rules requires an overall understanding of the WTO and WTO rules. WTO rules are the final documents of the Uruguay Round, which are rich in content and broad in scope. WTO norms of science, is a contemporary international trade ceremony, here only on the main content of a brief exposition. (A) WTO’s Terms and Tenet The WTO Agreement is made up of 16 texts and 4 annexes. The text only provides for the principle of its organizational structure, decision-making process, membership, acceptance, accession and entry into force. The substantive provisions concerning the management of multilateral trade relations and some substantive provisions are reflected in the four annexes . WTO has three new agreements that were not covered by the GATT in the past, namely the General Agreement on Trade in Services, the Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights and the Agreement on Trade-Related Investment.
