为满足灭火系统需要,按照卤代烷灭火系统驱动阀技术指标要求,采用黑-3气体发生剂,并依据黑-3内弹道性能及压力容器设计原则,计算了装药量,进行了驱动装置的端盖、燃烧室尺寸及壳体厚度设计,对烟火型驱动装置样机工作的压力时程曲线进行了测试。结果表明:本研究设计的烟火型驱动装置工作性能符合技术指标要求,安全可靠,能够满足卤代烷灭火系统要求。
In order to meet the need of fire extinguishing system, according to the technical requirements of Halon-based fire-extinguishing system driven valve, the black-3 gas generant was used, and the charge was calculated according to the inner-ballistic performance of black-3 and the design principle of pressure vessel. Cover, the size of the combustion chamber and the thickness of the shell, the pressure time history curve of the pyrotechnic prototype was tested. The results show that the performance of the pyrotechnic drive designed in this study meets the technical requirements, is safe and reliable, and can meet the requirements of Halon fire extinguishing system.
