随着仪器分析的发展,迫切要求样品分析前的消化处理提高速度。国外,近年来出现凯氏系统的消化设备,用特制的大试管在金属多孔炉中加热消煮样品。虽可增加消煮数量,但价格昂贵,预热时间过长,重量较重,使用不便。国内有的单位仿效国外设备,将铝锭钻孔,用试管盛样,在电炉上加热消化样品,但仍有预热过长,电力浪费,控制不便等缺点。 为寻求高工效,低消耗,适于国内推广应用的消煮专用设备,我们从1979年10月至1980年8月,应用远红外辐射技术的原理,吸收一些单位的经验,设计试制了远红外消煮炉。经八个应用单位联合试验和技术鉴定,认为它有效率高、节电、耐腐蚀、重量轻、体积小和价格低廉等特点。试验证明:它比普通六孔电炉节电90%以上,并能大幅度提高工作效率。特别适用于当前土壤普查等大量样品的消化处理。
