以102—1双孢蘑菇菌株为材料,用多孢分离挑取单菌落的方法,经过近10年的试验,选育出具有高产、适于罐藏特性的双孢蘑菇101新菌株。该菌株比102—1菌株增产20％以上,抗逆性强,子实体符合国家制罐标准。在形态特征、生理特性营养要求等方面,也表明出与102-1不同的特点。
A strain of 102-1 Agaricus bisporus was used as the material to select a single colony by multi-spore separation. After nearly 10 years of experiment, a new strain of Agaricus Bisporus 101 with high yield and suitable for canning was bred. The strain yield more than 20% than the 102-1 strain, strong resistance, fruiting bodies meet the national standard canning. In the morphological characteristics, physiological characteristics of the nutritional requirements, but also showed a different characteristics and 102-1.
