以往对灌浆质量检测通常采用单一的压水试验方法,此法存在着综合性评价的弱点。在小山水电站灌浆施工中,采用了声波、彩色钻孔电视以及压水试验的综合方法进行灌浆质量检测。通过声波波速测试灌浆前后的波速值变化情况,彩色钻孔电视直观、全面地察看帷幕灌浆后水泥浆充填裂隙状况,并结合压水试验资料综合评价帷幕灌浆效果,同时对查出的问题及时做了处理,确保了大坝趾板灌浆质量满足设计要求。
In the past, a single pressurized water test method was usually adopted for grouting quality inspection. This method has the weaknesses of comprehensive evaluation. In Xiaoshan Hydropower Station grouting construction, the use of sound waves, color drilling television and water pressure test integrated method of grouting quality inspection. The changes of wave velocity before and after grouting were tested by sonic wave velocity. The color borehole TV directly and comprehensively observed the grouting fissures of grout after curtain grouting, combined with the experimental data of water pressure to evaluate the curtain grouting effect, The treatment ensures that the dam plinth grouting quality meets the design requirements.
