作为对当代西方影响深远的教育思潮,人本主义教育在批判传统教育人性迷失中构建了自身以强调人的潜能和价值为特色的教育理念,引发了人们对教育教学本质的深刻反思。以人本主义教育的理念审视中小学课堂教学可以发现,目前,我国中小学课堂教学目标中存在着重认知、轻情意和教学过程中主体缺失的问题。实现从注重知识传授向关注人格完善、从权威性教学向主体性教学转变,是人本主义教育给当前中小学课堂教学改革的启示。
As an educational trend of far-reaching influence on contemporary western countries, humanistic education constructs its own educational concept which emphasizes the potential and value of human beings in criticizing the lost humanity in traditional education, which has triggered a profound reflection on the nature of education and teaching. Examining the classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools with the concept of humanistic education can be found that at present, the primary and secondary school classroom teaching objectives have the problem of focusing on cognition, light affection and lack of subject in the teaching process. Realizing the transformation from paying attention to knowledge to paying attention to personality and changing from authoritative teaching to subjective teaching is the enlightenment of humanistic education to current classroom teaching reform in primary and secondary schools.
