游乐设施钢结构部分是其受力的主要部件,也是产生事故的主要原因,其安全性直接决定设备的安全运行。但是由于其结构复杂,普通的超声波技术难以检测到其复杂部位,但是利用超声相控阵技术,可以较好地达到检测目的。本文论述了超声相控阵检测原理,其在某滑行车类游乐设施轴应用时的工艺研究及检测效果,结果证明超声相控阵技术检测复杂结构的游乐设施轴类件是完全可靠的方法。
The steel structure part of amusement facilities is the main component of its force and also the main cause of accidents. Its safety directly determines the safe operation of equipment. However, due to its complex structure, ordinary ultrasonic technology is difficult to detect its complex parts, but the use of ultrasonic phased array technology, can better achieve the purpose of detection. This paper discusses the principle of ultrasonic phased array detection and its application in a scooter type recreational facility shaft. The results show that ultrasonic phased array technology is a reliable method to detect complex structure of recreational facility shaft components.
