古语说:亲其师,信其道。老师放下架子, 走到学生中间,与学生融为一体,对教学活动 的开展大有裨益。那么如何拉近老师与学生的 距离呢? 1.敞开办公室的门。学生对老师自古就有 敬畏感,大多数学生不敢接触老师,这无形中 使师生产生了距离。敞开办公室的门,让更多 的学生敢于走进来,愿意走进来,或请教问题, 或吐露心声,视老师为朋友,增进师生之情,拉 近师生距离。
