测量100例肺心病、70例肺气肿患者和100例正常成人心电图Dol-Bilger指数和向量图H面QRS半时间向量方位角,探讨对肺心病的诊断价值。前者的正确性为83.3%,后者在3组间有明显差异,肺心组最为偏后偏右,均值为-102°。经统计学处理,以-68°为分界点,按正态分布理论上的正确性为93%,实测正确性为95.8%,优于前者。并分析产生这些差异的可能原因。
The Dol-Bilger index of electrocardiogram (ECG) and QRS half-time vector azimuth of H-plane of H-plane in 100 cases of pulmonary heart disease, 70 cases of emphysema and 100 cases of normal adults were measured to evaluate the diagnostic value of pulmonary heart disease. The correctness of the former was 83.3%, while the latter was significantly different among the three groups. The pulmonary heart group was the most backward and the right, with an average of -102 °. According to the statistics, with -68 ° as the cut-off point, the theoretical correctness of normal distribution is 93%, and the measured correctness is 95.8%, which is better than the former. And analyze the possible causes of these differences.
