1998年换届以来的联邦德国政府推出了多项旨在促进东部经济的政策和措施。除继续执行第一阶段“团结公约”外,这方面的政策还有:第二阶段“团结公约”(2005-2019),“增加就业措施”,“减少青年失业紧急计划”,“就业联盟”和其他积极就业市场政策。本文就德国东部近年来经济发展现状、联邦政府东部经济政策、积极就业政策以及经济全球化所导致的社会问题和原因作出分析。
The Federal Republic of Germany has introduced a number of policies and measures aimed at promoting the economy of the east since the general election in 1998. In addition to the continuation of the first phase of the Solidarity Convention, there are also policies in this area: the second phase of the Solidarity Convention (2005-2019), the “Employment Increase Measures”, the “Emergency Plan to Reduce Youth Unemployment”, the “Employment Union” And other active job market policies. This article analyzes the social problems and causes caused by the economic development in East Germany in recent years, the economic policies in the eastern part of the Federal Government, the active employment policy and economic globalization.
