[目的]对吉林省各级卫生监督机构卫生监督档案进行规范化管理,为日常卫生监督工作提供可靠依据,有利于今后查找和利用。[方法]确定了归档文件的范围;对归档案卷的编号、组装及其质量控制提出了具体要求和做法。[结果]按照国家颁布的监督管理法律、法规来规范卫生监督监管单位的档案,以保证卫生监督监管单位档案内涵的合法性,充分体现其法制特性。[结论]建立一个吉林省统一的卫生监督档案管理标准,必将有利于提高我省各地卫生监督管理水平,提高卫生监督人员的业务及实际操作能力。
[Objective] The standardized management of health supervision archives of health supervision agencies at all levels in Jilin Province provided a reliable basis for routine health supervision and was conducive to the future search and utilization. [Method] Determine the scope of archiving documents; put forward the specific requirements and practices on the number, assembly and quality control of archival archives. [Results] According to the laws and regulations on supervision and administration promulgated by the state, the file of the supervision and control unit of the health supervision and control was standardized to ensure the legitimacy of the content of the supervision and control unit of the health supervision system and to fully reflect its legal characteristics. [Conclusion] Establishing a unified health supervision archives management standard in Jilin Province will surely help to improve the level of health supervision and management throughout the province and improve the operational and practical ability of health supervision personnel.
