1977年4月开始的全国水能资源普查工作,历时三年半,已于1980年10月胜利完成。电力工业部于10月下旬在成都召开了全国水能资源普查总结验收会,会议由电力工业部水力发电建设总局主持。参加会议的有各流域机构,电力,水利部属设计院,各有关省(区)电力、水利(水电)厅、局及设计院、中国科学院自然资源综合考察委员会、四川省科委资源所、成都科技大学等40多个单位,60名代表。会议总结交流了普查工作经
The nationwide survey of hydropower resources, which started in April 1977, lasted three and a half years and was successfully completed in October 1980. The Ministry of Electric Power Industry convened a survey and acceptance meeting of the national survey of hydropower resources in Chengdu in late October. The meeting was presided over by the Bureau of Hydropower Construction of the Ministry of Power Industry. Participating in the conference were all agencies of the river basin, design institutes under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Electric Power and Water Conservancy, relevant provincial (district) electric power, water conservancy (hydropower) offices, bureaus and design institutes, comprehensive study committee of natural resources of Chinese Academy of Sciences, resource committee of Sichuan Science and Technology Commission, Chengdu University of Science and Technology more than 40 units, 60 delegates.
