目的了解不同医疗卫生机构生物安全二级实验室(简称BSL-2)的使用运行情况,为进一步加强和规范生物安全实验室管理提供技术参数。方法参照生物安全实验室建筑技术规范及相关标准规定的方法,对浙江省部分医疗卫生机构二级生物安全实验室性能进行监测。结果医疗、疾控、检疫、质检各系统之间的生物安全二级实验室运行情况尚有一定差距,疾控机构的生物安全二级实验室整体状况优于医疗、检疫和质检机构。结论生物安全二级实验室整体性能检测合格率较低,存在生物安全隐患。
Objective To understand the operation of BSL-2 in different medical and health institutions and to provide technical parameters for further strengthening and standardizing the management of biosafety laboratories. Methods The biosafety laboratories in Zhejiang Province were monitored for the performance of secondary biosafety laboratories with reference to the methods of biosafety laboratory building technical specifications and related standards. Results There was a certain gap between the operation status of biosafety laboratories in the medical, disease control, quarantine and quality control systems. The overall status of Biosafety Level 2 laboratories of CDC was better than that of medical, quarantine and quality inspection agencies. Conclusion The overall performance of the biosafety laboratory has a low pass rate and there are potential biosafety risks.
