通过改进KIVA-Ⅱ程序中的油滴破碎和喷雾碰壁两个子模型,在微机上对涡流室式柴油机燃油喷雾过程进行可视化研究。画出油滴运动轨迹和燃料蒸汽浓度的三视图,研究涡流室内油滴的运动过程和喷油对涡流室内速度场和温度场以及平均温度和平均压力的影响,计算结果与高速摄影结果[1]基本一致。
Through the improvement of two sub-models of oil droplet breakup and spray wall in KIVA-Ⅱ program, the vortex chamber diesel fuel spray process is visualized on a microcomputer. Draw a three-dimensional view of the trajectory of the oil droplets and the concentration of the fuel vapor to study the effect of the oil droplets in the vortex chamber on the velocity field and temperature field and the average temperature and pressure on the vortex chamber. The calculated results are consistent with the high-speed photographic results [1 ] Basically the same.
