世界逐步连成一个整体,经济全球化进程加快,使得世界经济处于牵一发而动全身的状态,跨国公司承担者联系各国经济的责任,促进世界各国经济联系密切。跨国公司的发展既有利也有弊,跨国公司为所在国家带去先进技术和充足的资金的同时也带去了环境的破坏和污染,能源的大量消耗。各国应该完善跨国公司的环境法律规章制度,规范跨国公司经济行为,使跨国公司自觉承担法律责任。
The world is gradually becoming a whole and the process of economic globalization is accelerating. As a result, the world economy is in a constant state of immediate progress and the responsibility of transnational corporations to contact the economies of various countries and promote close economic ties among the countries in the world. The development of transnational corporations has both advantages and disadvantages. Multinational corporations bring about advanced technologies and sufficient funds for their countries while bringing about environmental destruction and pollution, and massive energy consumption. All countries should improve the environmental laws and regulations of transnational corporations, regulate the economic behaviors of transnational corporations, and make transnational corporations consciously assume legal responsibilities.
