目的探讨尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase,NAG)活性检测在肝包虫患者早期肾功能损害判断中的意义。方法肝包虫患者(肝包虫组)和非肝包虫患者(对照组)各30例,检测2组血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)以及尿微量白蛋白(urinary albumin,mAlb)、尿NAG、尿β2-MG、尿蛋白水平,并进行比较。结果肝包虫组BUN(2.33~6.25 mmol/L)、SCr(46.0~96.3μmol/L)水平均正常,尿蛋白阴性,肝包虫组尿NAG((15.98±0.88)u/g)高于对照组((7.37±1.24)u/g)(P<0.05),血β2-MG、尿mAlb、尿β2-MG与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝包虫患者尿NAG水平增高可能与机体变态反应引起早期肾脏损害有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of the activity of urine N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG) in judging the early renal damage in hepatic hydatid. Methods Thirty patients with liver hydatid (hepatic hydatid group) and non-hepatic hydatid (control group) were enrolled in this study. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr) Β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and urinary albumin (mAlb), urinary NAG, urinary β2-MG and urinary protein levels were compared and compared. Results The levels of BUN (2.33-6.25 mmol / L) and SCr (46.0-96.3μmol / L) in liver hydatid were normal and urine protein was negative. Urinary NAG (15.98 ± 0.88) u / g in hepatic hydatid group was higher than There was no significant difference between the control group (7.37 ± 1.24) u / g (P <0.05), blood β2-MG, urine mAlb and urinary β2-MG compared with the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The increased urinary NAG level in patients with hepatic hydatidosis may be related to the early renal damage caused by allergic reaction in the body.
