采用ESR自旋捕捉方法研究肉苁蓉苷类化合物对体外产生的 OH和 等活性氧自由基的清除能力;低温(液氮)ESR技术、免疫学实验技术和生化方法检测大鼠肾组织内活性氧自由基水平及血清SOD水平和GSH-Px酶活性。结果提示肉苁蓉苷类化合物能强烈抑制体外 OH和 等活性氧自由基,同时对于糖尿病肾病引起的自由基损伤具有预防和修复作用;小鼠“碳粒廓清”法研究结果表明肉苁蓉苷类化合物能明显增加小鼠血中Mj的吞噬能力及免疫器官的重量。
The scavenging ability of cistancan glycosides on OH and iso-active free radicals generated in vitro was studied by using ESR spin trapping method; the reactive oxygen species in kidneys of rats were detected by low temperature (liquid nitrogen) ESR technique, immunological experiment technique and biochemical method. Base level and serum SOD level and GSH-Px enzyme activity. The results suggest that cistanche glycoside compounds can strongly inhibit OH and other reactive oxygen free radicals in vitro, and at the same time have preventive and repair effects on free radical damage caused by diabetic nephropathy. The results of mouse “carbon particle clearance” study show that cistanche glycoside compounds can obviously Increase the phagocytic capacity of Mj in mice blood and the weight of immune organs.
