目的:探讨康复新液外敷、内服配合治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的60例小儿手足口病患儿为研究对象,将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患儿采用常规方法进行治疗,比较分析两组患儿的临床治疗效果和不良反应。结果:观察组患儿临床治疗有效率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(73.3%),对照组患儿的退热、进食和伤口愈合时间明显长于观察组患儿(P>0.05)。两组比较存在显著差异,有统计学意义。结论:小儿手足口病采用康复欣液外敷和内服的方法进行治疗,不仅能够有效改善患儿的临床症状,还能提高患儿的临床治疗效果,因而,值得在临床上进行推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Fufang Xinye external application and oral administration in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: Sixty children with HFMD in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects. The children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated by conventional methods, and the clinical effects and adverse reactions in both groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group (96.7%) was significantly higher than that in control group (73.3%). The fever, feeding and wound healing time in control group were significantly longer than those in observation group (P> 0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children with the method of Kangfu Xin liquid and oral administration can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children but also improve the clinical curative effect of children. Therefore, it is worth to be popularized and applied clinically.
