贮木场生产过程自动化,利用电子计算机控制已成为木材采运企业的一个主要发展趋势。但是,使用电子计算机进行生产过程的优化和自动化控制,必须对加工对象建立数学模型。为此,进行了数学模拟方法的探讨,以建立木材(原条)的数学模型。 由于在造材过程中,主要关注的是原条的外形,因为造材方案的确定和出材率的高低都与树木的外形相关,所以原条的数学模型要用原条(树干)外形干形母线方程来表示(见图1)。
Wood yard automated production process, the use of electronic computer control has become a major timber mining enterprises development trend.
