对国内外关于六价铬的致癌机制研究进展进行了综述,着重介绍了六价铬通过还原中间产物、ROS引起DNA损伤和干扰细胞凋亡及周期调控以及影响核转录因子等途径可能存在的致癌作用。
The research progresses of carcinogenic mechanism of hexavalent chromium at home and abroad are reviewed. The carcinogenic mechanism of hexavalent chromium through reductive intermediates, ROS-induced DNA damage and interference with apoptosis and cycle regulation as well as nuclear transcription factors may be introduced effect.
