目的建立同时检测果蔬中23种有机磷类农药的快速灵敏的分析方法。方法采用气质联用的方法,同时对果蔬中的23种有机磷类农药进行定性及定量分析。结果所有23种有机磷类农药均在30 min内流出,分离良好,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r>0.996,有较好的准确度和精密度,回收率为73.7%~107.3%,相对标准偏差小于6%。结论应用该方法对35份果蔬中有机磷类农药进行测定,阳性率3.7%。实践证明该方法选择性好,分辨率高、灵敏度高,符合分析要求,具有简单、快速的特点。
Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of 23 organophosphorus pesticides in fruits and vegetables. Methods The method of GC-MS was used to qualitative and quantitative analysis of 23 organophosphorus pesticides in fruits and vegetables. Results All the 23 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were eluted in 30 min, the separation was good and the standard curve was linear with the correlation coefficient r> 0.996, with good accuracy and precision, and the recoveries were 73.7% -107.3%. The relative standard Deviation less than 6%. Conclusion The method was applied to the determination of 35 organophosphorus pesticides in fruits and vegetables, the positive rate was 3.7%. Practice has proved that the method has good selectivity, high resolution, high sensitivity, in line with the analysis requirements, with a simple, fast features.
